Policy privacy

Information pursuant to the Code regarding the protection of personal data.

Legislative Decree n. 196 dated 30 June 2003 ("Privacy Code") and the new European regulation for the protection of personal data.

The aim of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is to ensure that the processing of your personal data is carried out in compliance with the rights, fundamental freedom and dignity of people, with particular reference to privacy and personal identity. It is therefore our duty to inform you with regard to our privacy policy. 

1. PURPOSE OF DATA TREATMENT

1.1 We wish to inform you, pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code and articles 13-14 of the GDPR, that the personal data provided by you when creating an account, or otherwise acquired within the scope of the activities we carry out, may be processed for purposes related to the reasons it is collected. Upon registering, pursuant to art. 130 paragraph 4 of the Leg. Dec. 196/2003, we may send you e-mails related to the service for which you registered or similar to those provided. You may object to receiving these e-mails at any time as provided by art. 21 in the GDPR. 

1.2 Your data will be used, upon receiving your authorization, for issuing information and commercial offers; including third parties to which the Data Controller will communicate the personal data you provided. 

1.3 Your data will be used, upon receiving your authorization, to collect data and information in general and in particular regarding your orientations and/or preferences.

2. PROCESSING METHODS

2.1 The data collected by the Owner-Data Controller, according to the provisions of the Privacy Code, with particular attention to the minimum security measures provided by (articles 33-34-35), and the GDPR (art.32), regarding their treatment by means of computerized, manual and/or automated instruments with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and in any case in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

3. OPTIONAL TRANSMISSION OF DATA

3.1 Providing your personal data is completely optional; however any refusal to include it in the registration page, for the purposes of participating in the selection for which you are registering, will make it impossible to access the selection offered within the https://workshop.ondance.it website.

3.2 Providing your personal data for commercial purposes (point 1.2) and profiling (1.3) is optional and any refusal to grant consent will not affect the site navigation and access to the selections. 

4. DATA CONTROLLER, MANAGERS AND PROCESSORS 

4.1 Artedanza s.r.l. is the independent Owner of the data processing, represented by its pro-tempore legal representative, with registered office located in Milan (IT), Via Panfilo Castaldi n. 8, VAT 05189160962, and owner of the https://workshop.ondance.it website.

4.2 The Data Controller uses external Data Processors to achieve the purposes specified in points 1.1 (technical purposes related to the provision of the service), 1.2 (commercial purposes) and 1.3 (profiling purposes). A complete list of the data processors can be requested by sending an email to the relevant email address, defined in this document at point 5.4.

4.3 The Data Controller has appointed its employees and collaborators as Processors.

5. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

5.1 You retain the right to obtain from the Data Controller, at any moment, information regarding the existence of personal data concerning you, its origin, the processing purposes and methods; you have, as well, the right to request the updating, rectification, integration, deletion and transformation anonymously or the blocking of personal data, processed in violation of the law, including data that need not be stored in relation to the purposes for which it was collected and/or subsequently processed.

5.2 You have the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data concerning you, even if it is pertinent to the purpose of the collection and to the processing of personal data provided for the purposes of commercial information or sending advertising material or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communications. 

5.3 You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, provided knowingly and actively or through the use of the service, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and to transmit them to another data controller without impediments.

5.5 We wish to remind you that you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

5.6 Should you no longer be interested in receiving communications from https://workshop.ondance.it and should you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you may do so by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email sent by the Owner or by updating your preferences from your personal account.

6. FURTHER INFORMATION ON COOKIES, SIMILAR TECNHOLOGIES, SEARCH ENGINES AND POSITION DATA

6.1 COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECNHOLOGIES

6.1.1 The Owner uses cookies, small text files that are stored on your device, as you browse the website. Cookies can be permanently stored on your device and last variably (persistent cookies), or they can be deleted by closing the browser or have a limited duration (session cookies). Cookies can be installed by the website (first-party cookies) or they can be installed by other websites (third-party cookies).

6.1.2 The main purposes of the cookies installed by the website are: (i) technical, in the sense that they are used to constantly improve navigation, (ii) statistics. The use of cookies is therefore strictly aimed at facilitating the functions of the server used by https://workshop.ondance.it during navigation.

6.1.3 Artedanza s.r.l. may send advertising, promotional communications and useful and relevant services to its users. To this end, Artedanza s.r.l. allows the installation of third-party cookies by the following:

Through these technologies, third parties may offer ads based on interests associated with online activities that do not personally identify users. Advertisers may, as well, offer ads based on previous user activity on their websites. This information, which does not personally identify the user, is managed separately from the identification data held by Artedanza s.r.l.

Users may, at any given time, disable cookies installed by the aforementioned third parties by selecting the links above.

Furthermore, cookies specially designed for "social networks" may be activated allowing users to interact via social networks (share function, Facebook, Instagram). When a page contains this command, a direct link is established with the selected social network.

6.1.4 Cookies can be completely disabled by the browser using the appropriate function provided in most browsers. It’s worth knowing, however, that by disabling cookies some of the features of https://workshop.ondance.it may not be accessible. The following are the proposed conditions of use by the main browsers:  ChromeFirefoxInternet ExplorerOperaSafari, and Google Analytics by downloading a specific browser plug-in.

6.4 HOW TO GRANT OR WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT

6.4.1 The consent to the use of cookies is initially provided via the following methods: by closing the banner, by scrolling the page that hosts the banner or by clicking any of its elements and can be cancelled at any time as indicated above.

7. DATA STORAGE PERIOD

7.1 The data will be stored in paper and/or electronic/ I.T. /optical format and for the time strictly needed to fulfil the purposes referred to in point 1, in compliance with the regulations in force.

7.2 Should you request the removal of your personal data from the https://workshop.ondance.it site, please note that this data will be kept for investigation and prosecution of crimes purposes, for no longer than 12 months from the date of notification, and subsequently will be deleted securely or anonymously, irreversibly. Furthermore, please also note that for the same purposes, the data relating to electronic traffic, excluding the contents of communications, will be kept for no longer than 12 months from the date of notification, pursuant to Article 132 of the Code of privacy.

8. AMENDMENTS

8.1 The information contained in this document may be subject to change. If substantial changes are made to the use of user data by Artedanza s.r.l., users will be notified by publishing and highlighting the changes on the https://workshop.ondance.it page.
